Are you highly organised with scheduling experience? If so, then The Guinness Property is seeking an Area Planner to join our property maintenance team in London on a full time, permanent basis.
Our Repairs and Maintenance teams play an important role in delivering our vision of providing great homes and great service. They offer vital support, ensuring that our homes are safe, warm, and dry, and where everything works; Places where our residents are proud to live.
Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the successful candidate will provide an effective planning service for our trade operatives work schedules, ensuring that all operational needs and customer requirements are met.
We operate a hybrid working model with a three-day office requirement at our London office on Euston Road.

* Strong experience scheduling and planning work in a busy environment.
* The ability to coordinate with teams and subcontractors to keep workloads on track.
* Confidence handling large volumes of data and updating systems accurately.
* Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience meeting performance targets and working at pace.
* A customer‑focused approach with clear, professional communication.
* A methodical working style and accuracy in recording information.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience using databases.
* The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
