About the Role
Fogstar is seeking a reliable and experienced Bendi Forklift Driver (Flexi Truck Operator) to join our warehouse team in Bromsgrove. This role is key to ensuring the safe, efficient movement and storage of goods within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently
* Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse
* Work in narrow aisle environments to maximise storage space
* Accurately pick and put away stock using warehouse systems
* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues
* Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
* Assist with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
* Valid and in-date Bendi/Flexi forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent)
* Proven experience operating a Bendi/Flexi truck in a warehouse setting
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good level of physical fitness
* Basic IT skills (desirable but not essential)
