Overview
The Federation of Holy Name and St Francis Catholic Schools invite applications for the position of Learning Support Assistant (LSA) based at St Francis School, Milford Haven. This is a fixed term, term time only role to start as soon as possible and ending 17 July 2026. The salary is Grade 3 - £24,796 pro rata for 29 hours per week term time only for 46.8 weeks per annum, with pro rata adjustments for longer term service.
Responsibilities
* Work under the direction of the Teacher in Charge and the Classroom Teacher.
* Provide support as a member of a team, or individually, for pupils in class/group/individual lessons.
* Assist in the preparation of materials and displays, clear away resources as required, and contribute to the delivery of individual development plans (IDPs) under the direction of the Class Teacher.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A good standard of education and an understanding of child development.
* Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
