The Brand Manager position is a key role within the L’Or team as part of our UK-wide Marketing team.
You will be responsible for delivering crucial communication and innovation initiatives across the L’OR brand, with a particular focus on our key Capsules portfolio (including Costa). You will master the process of bringing a product from consumer insight to shelves of the UK’s largest retailers. Your involvement will include brand tracking and analysis, shaping insights and actions for growth, working closely with cross-functional teams both locally and globally, and engaging with the full marketing mix.
Previous marketing experience is essential, with FMCG experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement through-the-line activations, both locally led (pioneer market) and global.
* Lead the implementation of pioneer market communications, including ATL/BTL through touchpoints such as shopper marketing, PR, and social media.
* Ensure efficient and timely delivery of digital marketing activations, collaborating with media teams and agencies.
* Lead activation partnerships, such as LOR x Lindt Excellence, including retail activation and future strategies.
* Support SBM in managing the Capsules portfolio and cross-brand initiatives, including Costa, aligning with wider L’OR category teams (Tassimo and Instant).
* Demonstrate category and brand leadership, acting as a key contact for interactions with local and global stakeholders.
* Align with key stakeholders on strategy, projects, and approvals.
* Represent UK interests within the Global Category and Brand team, influencing the global agenda to suit UK needs.
* Lead monthly updates on category health.
Qualifications:
Must have:
* At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
* Experience in brand building and NPD, with strong project management skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills (Nielsen/IRI/Kantar), with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
* Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with high energy, passion, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Nice to have:
* Experience in sales, category management, or project management.
Education:
* Degree-level education, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Management.
