The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll take ownership of keeping all plant and CNC equipment in top condition. You’ll be: Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Diagnosing and fixing faults on CNC machinery and wider production kit. Supporting continuous improvement work to boost reliability and uptime. Getting involved in machinery upgrades and process improvements. Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards. Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and keep output steady.About You To succeed as a Maintenance Technician, you’ll need: Proven hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machinery — essential. A recognised qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Strong fault-finding ability across electrical and mechanical systems. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. A proactive approach with solid problem-solving skills and clear communication.
