The role
– Service Advisor
You will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and will need to have excellent levels of customer service and communication skills.
Duties will include
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face.
You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering fantastic levels of Customer Service.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
1. Good organisational skills
2. Good computer literacy levels
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Previous experience in the motor sector preferred – not essential.
