Job Description: We are seeking a Business Development Executive in our Sales team based in Worcester, UK. The role involves proactively generating sales leads through existing account management, business development, and marketing functions. The candidate should have a broad understanding of hosting solutions, including platforms, servers, storage, security, and networks. The role covers brands like SimplyHosting.com, SimplyHosting.cloud, Catalyst2, UKDedicated, and GURU. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expand our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with existing and potential customers via phone.
2. Upselling and cross-selling products and services.
3. Being the first point of contact for new customers to ensure suitable product fit.
4. Understanding client needs and expanding service offerings.
Required Skills And Experience:
1. Confident telephone manner.
2. Experience in sales with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
3. Some knowledge of products, technology, or industry is advantageous.

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Initial training will be full-time from Worcester, UK. Post-training, work will be from the office, with hybrid options after discussions. A full clean UK driving license is required.
