OVERVIEW:
- Join a well established and growing law firm within a friendly and progressive private client team
- Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters
- Draft Wills and provide tailored estate planning advice
- Handle Probate and the administration of estates
- Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Manage Court of Protection applications
- Advise on Trusts and related matters
- Deliver clear, practical and compassionate advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long:term client relationships
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client work
- Strong experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Client focused with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
