Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to patients.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with doctors, care assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote a positive, person-centred environment.
Ensure all practices are in line with CQC and NMC guidelines.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
Right to work in the UK.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A caring and empathetic approach.
