Responsibilities
* Carry out routine medical screening tests such as hearing, vision, ECG, height/weight, BMI, lung function and urine tests.
* Prepare and manage medical paperwork and verify candidate ID.
* Accurately record results on paper and into systems.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies.
* Complete general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying and responding to emails.
Qualifications and Skills
* Confident using IT systems and comfortable working with databases.
* Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to follow set processes and instructions.
* Comfortable performing physical checks on potential recruits.
* Experience within a medical environment is desirable.
* Familiarity with the Army is an advantage.
