Your role Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential Assess needs and update support plans Act as the first point of contact for customer queries Build positive relationships that respect choice,privacyand dignity Work with external partners to boost confidence,healthand wellbeing, and encourage education and employment (This role is sometimes also referred to as Support Worker, Support Assistant, or Independent Living Assistant).
