Role Overview:
As a KS2 Teacher with Additional Responsibility, you will be a key part of our teaching team, inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential across the curriculum. Alongside your classroom responsibilities, you will take on a leadership role—this could be a curriculum lead, phase leader, or another area of whole-school development—depending on your experience and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
*
Assess and track pupil progress to ensure all learners make strong progress
*
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture with high expectations for all
*
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives
*
Lead a designated area of responsibility, driving improvements and supporting colleagues
*
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community
*
Contribute to extra-curricular and enrichment opportunities for pupils
We Are Looking For:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2
*
A track record of strong classroom practice and pupil progress
*
A commitment to inclusive, child-centred learning
*
A proactive approach to school leadership and development
*
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
*
This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
