We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Customer Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) communications at the University of Lincoln.
Working within the Marketing and Communications department, you will provide essential operational support for CRM and email marketing activity that contributes to student recruitment, conversion, and engagement. This will include assisting with campaign setup and scheduling, preparing and checking data, supporting automated workflows, and carrying out quality assurance checks to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand and data protection standards.
You will also help monitor campaign performance, maintain records, and support reporting and analysis, working closely with colleagues across with wider university.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who has an interest in CRM, data-driven communications, and campaign delivery. You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, good IT skills, and an understanding of GDPR and data handling.
