Cover Receptionist Coalville £12.21 Per Hour We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join an established organisation located in Coalville. Our client is looking for temporary Receptionist cover. They need a friendly and organised person with excellent verbal communication skills to manage the front desk operations in our main corporate office site located in Coalville. On a daily basis you will also need to handle incoming calls and undertake business and administrative support tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will ensure smooth daily operations. Days/Hours of Work Monday to Friday 1-5pm Job Role: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to quickly build and maintain rapport with others Excellent customer care skills and the ability to deal with a varying range of visitors Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines Commitment to good administration and completion of tasks.
