Clerical Officer/Receptionist – Business Support
Apply for the Clerical Officer/Receptionist – Business Support role at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Shift Pattern and Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (various times). This is a permanent part‑time post with salary pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Main Reception and act as first point of contact for visitors, enabling effective service and communication within the Health Centre.
* Handle a varied and interesting daily workload, including first point of contact for making appointments for Treatment Rooms across Glasgow city.
* Cover afternoon posts in event of leave at short notice.
* Carry out a range of administrative tasks delegated by Senior Business Support Assistant and the wider team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work without direct supervision.
Experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages essential.
* Experience working with EMIS, PECOS systems desirable.
