Removals Head of Fleet - Removals

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance

Red Recruit Global is excited to collaborate with a well-established, award-winning Removals and Storage firm. We are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Fleet to oversee their UK-wide vehicle operations from their branch in Nottingham.
What you’ll do:
* Ensuring full compliance, including Operator's Licence oversight
* Supporting Regional Managers with driver and fleet compliance
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
* Overseeing workshops and service standards across the network
* Managing fleet costs, fines, and day-to-day expenditure
* Handling fleet administration (V5s, purchase orders, etc.)
* Producing weekly reports for senior leadership
What you need:
We’re keen to speak to experienced fleet professionals who hold a Transport Manager CPC and have recent hands‑on fleet management experience, including stakeholder management skills. It goes without saying you should have strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience managing commercial vehicles would also be a distinct advantage.
