Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization- is seeking a COO & Strategy Coach to work closely with CEOs, founders, and senior executives. In this unique role, you’ll help leaders sharpen their strategic vision, enhance operational performance, and accelerate business growth through a proven coaching methodology (comprehensive training provided).

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Strategy Coaching
* Provide one-to-one executive coaching to CEOs and senior leaders using structured and data-driven frameworks.
* Offer actionable insights to improve leadership effectiveness, strategic decision-making, and execution excellence.
* Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, agility, and long-term business success.
Operational & Strategic Excellence:
* Partner with executives to design and implement operational and strategic initiatives that boost efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and guide leaders in executing organizational change.
* Support operational governance, cross-functional alignment, and performance management.
Leadership & Advisory:
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on strategy, transformation, and organizational development.
* Facilitate programs focused on talent growth, culture building, and leadership readiness.
* Contribute to long-term strategic planning by providing high-level operational and leadership insights.
Key Qualifications:
Executive Experience
* Minimum 5+ years in a C-suite or equivalent senior operational role (COO, CEO, CSO, or similar).
* Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
Coaching & Communication
* Proven experience in executive coaching, mentoring, or leadership development.
* Outstanding communication and influencing abilities with a track record of stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Business & Strategic Acumen
* Deep understanding of business strategy, operations, financial management, and leadership effectiveness.
* Experience with transformation, scaling operations, or business turnaround initiatives is advantageous.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required.
* Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or Doctorate) in Strategy, Leadership, or Organizational Development preferred.
