In this full-time, term-time position, you'll support pupils aged 4-11 in their academic and personal growth. Whether you have previous experience in education or a background in childcare or support work, this role could be your next meaningful career step.

Your role will include:
* Supporting the class teacher with small group or 1:1 learning
* Monitoring and reporting on student progress
* Assisting with students' personal care and well-being needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
* Communicating with parents and school staff to support student development
What you'll need:
* Experience working with children (school, nursery, childcare, etc.)
* Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
* A positive and proactive approach
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Behaviour and classroom management skills
* Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
