Duties to include: * Process supplier invoices * Run and manage payments * Handle supplier queries * Reconcile supplier statements * Update and reconcile cost trackers * Perform bank reconciliations * Support month-end closing * Assist with audits * Help with filing, post, and forwarding queries Skills required * Purchase ledger experience * Good attention to detail and communication skills * Strong organisational skills * Ability to manage own workload * Ability to work to deadlines * High-volume transactions experience * Experience of Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel * Sage If you are interested in the role and have the required experience please apply with your CV, if you are shortlisted for the role Clover Recruitment will be in touch
