Job Title: Community Enteral Feed Nurse
Location: Wokingham Community Hospital (with travel across Berkshire)
Band: Band 6/7 (Dependent on experience)
Hourly Rate PAYE excluding Holiday Pay:
* Days£22.76
* Saturday or Nights £29.59
* Sundays or Bank Holiday £36.42
Contract: Part-time and full-time positions available (up to 37.5 hours per week)
About the Role:
Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 / 7 Community Enteral Feed Nurse to join our NHS client on a temporary contact, to support patients during a critical transitional period. Your role will involve assisting community teams, supporting dietitians and community nurses to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality care.
You will play a vital role in:
* Supporting patients and their carers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues during the transition to new enteral feed products.
* Managing a clinical caseload under the delegation of the dietetics team leader, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
* Acting as a role model for the Trusts core values and demonstrating behaviours aligned with these principles.
