Parts Administrator
OA are currently working with a well established, leading organisation and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor / Administrator to support the team, based in Stevenage with an immediate start!
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 4:30PM
2. Weekly Pay - £13.46 to £15.38 an hour
3. Immediate start, Temporary position
4. Free on-site parking
Parts Administrator - Key Responsibilitie s:
5. Liaising with key account managers and stores to check and order correct stock levels
6. Responsible for looking after the stock checks / stock levels based on demand
7. Dealing with part returns
8. Implement a parts booking system
9. Update vehicle management system with the correct data
Parts Administrator - Skills and Experience :
10. Previous experience within Parts / Automotive Industry
11. HGV experience is essential
12. Strong communication skills; written and verbal
13. Experience within administration
14. Ability to use systems (booking / vehicle management system)
15. Ability to use own initiative and implement new processes
