This involves actively upholding acceptable behaviour standards by modelling outstanding conduct, manners, speech, and appearance at all times. You will intervene in behavioural issues using positive behaviour management strategies to bring about improvement. Furthermore, you will assist in managing the dining environment, ensuring it is kept clean and clear from slip hazards by helping with tasks like clearing tables and tidying equipment. To view the Job Description please click here Qualifications The successful candidate should possess strong communication, teamwork, and caring skills. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to make quick decisions regarding when to intervene to prevent children from injuring themselves or others, or when to refer cases of unruly behaviour to the Principal. Desirable qualities include knowledge of basic hygiene procedures and appropriate knowledge of First Aid. A willingness to obtain and/or enhance qualifications and training is required.
