You’ll play a key role in supporting the design, implementation and ongoing management of reward programmes that attract, motivate and retain employees. The role will involve supportingpensation and benefits activity, analysing reward data, contributing to pay review cycles and benchmarking, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the reward strategy aligns with business objectives.
We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in reward who is numerate, detail‑oriented and confident working acrosspensation and benefits. You’ll bring strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills and the ability to build effective relationships across HR and the wider business. Experience managing benefits administration, working with vendors, and supporting rewardernance is important.
