Working from the comfort of your home and on-site in our Belfast office once or twice weekly, we’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Advisor on our team, you will:
1. Respond to customers via Social Media, chat, and E-mails, providing excellent customer service
2. Maximize opportunities to showcase the brand's products
3. Respond to general customer queries (e.g., missing orders, payment issues, product availability, or recommendations)
4. Deal with order queries including cancellations, returns, and modifying orders
5. Ensure a professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer
6. Maintain and proactively improve sales skills, product knowledge, and competitor knowledge
7. Develop relationships with customers and encourage referrals
8. Provide the best possible customer experience at all times
Concentrix is a great match if you:
* Are proficient or bilingual in English (verbal and written)
* Are flexible to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 12 midnight
* Have a minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a private/distraction-free location when working from home
* Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have a spotless record, free from any credit, criminal, or disciplinary issues
