Job Title: Temporary Contracts Administrator
Location: Adamson House, Salford, M50 1RD
Contract Type: Temporary (approximately 6 months with potential to be extended)
Hours: 37.5 hour per week (Monday-Friday)
Reports to: Claire Willis (Contractor Engagement and Compliance Manager)
Start Date: Immediate
Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Contracts Administrator to provide support during a busy period. The role involves setting up contractors in our internal systems and transferring data accurately from one source to another. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive, diligent approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately input and update contractor information into internal systems.
* Transfer and verify data between different sources, ensuring consistency and completeness.
* Maintain accurate records and support the wider team with related administrative tasks.
* Assist with document management, filing, and data tracking as required.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve any data discrepancies.
* Support the team with general administrative duties as workload requires.
Person Specification:
Essential:
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Ability to follow processes accurately and work with minimal supervision once trained.
* Good computer skills, including confidence using Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
* Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
* Experience working with contractor or supplier information systems.
