Lead Product Analyst
London, hybrid working (Tuesday to Thursday in office)
Salary up to £105,000 plus equity
This is a high impact Lead Product Analyst role within a fast growing, data driven fintech that is expanding its product offering internationally. You will play a key role in shaping personalised customer experiences across a complex consumer app, with clear ownership, strong commercial exposure, and the chance to influence products at scale.

The Role
* Act as the lead analytical voice within a cross-functional product pod, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists
* Drive personalisation across the app so customers see the most relevant products and experiences at the right time
* Define and deliver the long-term vision for personalised user journeys across multiple financial products
* Use data to inform recommendation systems, propensity models, and targeting strategies
* Lead funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and optimise conversion across app and web journeys
* Own and contribute to experimentation and A B testing, measuring uplift from product and design changes
* Analyse and communicate performance across key metrics, including engagement, click-through rates, and conversion
* Support modelling work related to customer behaviour, risk, and product suitability
* Translate complex analysis into clear commercial insights that influence product decisions
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in product or growth analytics within consumer-facing technology
* Advanced SQL and strong Python capability, with confidence completing Python based analytical tasks
* Proven experience with experimentation, A B testing, and measuring product impact
* Background in propensity modelling, recommendations, or predictive analytics
* Experience working on complex digital journeys, ideally within app based products
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
* Experience within fast paced, data driven environments such as fintech or consumer tech
