My client is an amazing charity, combining life-saving work with genuine community spirit, and they're now looking for someone special to join their dedicated team.
The Role: Administration Support
Hours: 25 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 09:00-14:00 (flexible arrangements possible)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What You'll Be Doing: You'll be the backbone of their daily operations, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, volunteers, trainers and clinical leads. From coordinating training in local schools to managing communications and supporting fundraising events, you'll see firsthand how your work directly impacts lives across Norfolk.
Key responsibilities include scheduling community CPR training, managing visitor relations at their HQ base, supporting events coordination, and ensuring the charity runs smoothly day-to-day. You'll also work alongside their fantastic admin volunteers, helping with everything from donation thank-you letters to training session logistics.
