Contracts / Project Manager London (projects across London & the South East) Up to £75,000 DOE This Isn’t Your Average Construction Role This specialist interiors contractor doesn’t just build things - it helps create some of the most jaw-dropping interiors in the UK. They’re now on the lookout for a Contracts / Project Manager who enjoys responsibility, variety and seeing beautiful work come to life. From order to final account, this role is about owning projects and making them run smoothly — on site, commercially and with clients. You’ll be trusted to: * Lead and coordinate site teams across multiple high-profile projects * Keep programmes on track without compromising quality * Manage commercial elements, including monthly valuations and final accounts * Be the calm, confident main point of contact for clients and project teams * Review drawings, specs and programmes, creating accurate sub-programmes * Coordinate material call-offs so workshop and site stay perfectly in sync * Maintain excellent standards of health & safety, organisation and professionalism * Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation This role is ideal for someone who likes responsibility, enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow with a respected specialist contractor.
