Role Summary:
Seeking a highly organised, motivated and compassionate teacher to support pupils within a specialist Resource Base provision. This interim role involves working with children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality teaching and targeted SEMH support to meet a wide range of individual needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Teach and support pupils within a specialist SEMH Resource Base
2. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with EYFS and KS1-KS2 curricula
3. Implement trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation and wellbeing.
4. Provide inclusive support for pupils with a range of SEND needs
5. Contribute to planning, reviewing and supporting EHCP outcomes
