Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Team Coordinator to join their team in Uxbridge on a part time, 10-month temporary basis (21 hours per week).

As a Team Coordinator, you will provide diary, international and local events and administrative support to a commercial team. You will have a positive can-do attitude and be able to multitask and assess the team’s priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating projects
* Diary management, travel arrangements and personal administration for the Director
* Preparing the Director’s daily schedule whilst ensuring deadlines are being followed through
* Drafting contracts, raising POs and handling incoming correspondence
* Expense monitoring, filing and managing
Requirements
* Previous admin experience particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
* Extensive diary and travel arrangements/management
* Project management experience
* Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
* A good understanding of SharePoint is advantageous
* Efficient and well organised individual with great attention to detail
* Meticulous individual with strong time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
