About the Role
We are looking for a Business Manager to a Board Member of KKCG Group — someone who thrives in an environment of growth, bold ambition and international scale. This role is ideal for someone early in their business career and seeks broad exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, giving you the chance of working alongside a Board Member who thinks big, moves fast, and drives impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with emotional intelligence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and acts with discretion, agility, and sound judgment.
What You’ll Do
* Act as a trusted partner to the Board Member, maintaining a deep understanding of business priorities, goals, and challenges.
* Support the Board Member in managing daily priorities and ensure seamless preparation, follow-up, and alignment across all commitments.
* Anticipate needs, keep projects on track and address potential challenges before they arise.
* Coordinate with senior executives, stakeholders and partners to ensure information flows smoothly and tasks move forward.
* Prepare briefings, presentations and take minutes to support meetings and decision-making.
* Draft and review correspondence and materials that reflect the Board Members’s style and intent.
* Conduct research and gather relevant insights to support meetings and initiatives.
* Work hand-in-hand with the Executive Assistant to ensure the Board Member´s schedule and priorities are efficiently managed.
What You Bring
* A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Communications or a related field.
* Early career experience in Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation or similar within a complex and international environment.
* Managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
* Analytical thinking with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
* High levels of discretion, reliability and professionalism.
* Proactive approach — someone who takes initiative and enjoys anticipating needs.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to summarise complex information clearly.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work outside traditional hours when necessary.
* Fluency in English; Czech or Slovak language skills are a big plus.
