We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant to join our team. As a Guest Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
* Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all queries are addressed.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in the front desk area.
* Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
* Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly within a hotel setting.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
* Strong phone etiquette skills to manage calls professionally and courteously.
* A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
