We’ve proven early product–market fit and are now scaling.
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer who wants real ownership and a clear path into technical leadership, with genuine progression to Head of Technology.
What You’ll Do
* Design and ship AI and LLM-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic)
* Build scalable backend systems in Python and Django
* Lead technical design and evolve system architecture
* Manage third-party integrations (payments, messaging, supplier APIs)
* Improve performance, reliability, and security
* Mentor a junior developer and raise engineering standards
Tech Stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTMX
Heroku, GitHub Actions
You’ll Need
* 3–5 years professional software development experience
* Strong Python and Django experience
* Hands-on LLM API integration experience
* Solid relational database knowledge
* Cloud deployment experience (Heroku or AWS ideal)
* Based in London, hybrid (3 days in South West London office)
* Right to work in the UK
