What the role is:
You advise the unit Commanding Officer (CO) in planning, organising, directing, and evaluating all safety efforts within the Battalion.
What you will be working on:
- Plan, organise, direct, and evaluate safety efforts within the Battalion
- Assist in crafting the Battalion Safety Policy
- Develop a safety program focused on accident prevention
- Initiate regular research and review of safety policies and operational procedures
- Formalise and disseminate safety regulations
Challenge(s):
- Balancing the need for realistic military training with safety requirements
- Protecting soldiers from unnecessary dangers during peacetime training
What we are looking for:
- Education in technical or scientific fields
- Prior military experience in high-risk vocations is advantageous
- Good organisational skills
- Strong supervisory abilities
- Effective inspection skills
