About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established engineering company based on Pear Tree Lane in Dudley, who are seeking an Administrator to join their busy team. This is a varied role that combines general office administration with finance support, ideal for someone who is confident with accounts and comfortable working in a hands-on, flexible environment. Key Responsibilities: Administration Duties: * Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner * Greeting and dealing with visitors to the premises * Scanning and photocopying documentation * Managing spreadsheets and data entry * Using the company’s internal database * Supporting the sales & service departments * Assisting with picking, packing, and despatching of products Finance Support: * Filing and organising invoices * Booking in deliveries * Processing purchase invoices * Providing general back-up to the accounts team Key Skills & Requirements: * Confident and clear telephone manner * Good written and verbal communication skills * Proficient IT skills, including MS Excel * Comfortable working with figures and financial data * Flexible and hands-on approach to work * Legible handwriting and good attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team in a long-standing company offering a stable and rewarding role
