The Role
* Lead a highly regarded Private Client team in Brighton, with the support of an excellent infrastructure and an engaged leadership team
* Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on complex estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax matters.
* Play a key role in the strategic direction of the department, helping to drive growth and enhance the firm's private client offering.
* Work closely with an established network of intermediaries, wealth managers, and financial planners.

The Candidate
* A highly experienced Private Client specialist with extensive expertise in probate, estate planning, trusts, and tax matters.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a successful team.

* STEP qualification preferred but not essential.
