We are seeking a Senior Architect & BIM Manager to work collaboratively with our expanding Architectural team. This exciting role will involve working on Residential, Education, Blue light (police, fire and ambulance) and focus predominantly on RIBA 4-6 with the possibility of hybrid working. This role is an opportunity that can be based at our Eltham office.
Responsibilities include:
Operate on a flexible basis in a Group environment to fulfil the project team's obligations.
Take responsibility for implementation of a BIM Management System comprising procedures, practices, tools and templates necessary to comply with BIM Level 2.
Provide training, support and mentoring to facilitate the protocol delivery of the BIM Management System.
Lead on use, deployment and assessment of REVIT Architecture in relation to BIM Management System.
Design, draw and compute, as required.
Take the lead in large and complex projects.
Skills and experience include:
* Registered architect belonging to the ARB, RIBA
* Expert use of Revit
* Detailed experience of managing projects in a BIM Level 2 environment
