Description
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximise performance.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Profile
A successful Sales Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the SaaS or IT Channel
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through sales individuals
* Experience of managing 6+ individuals at different experijence levels
* Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable strategies.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
* Ability to commute to Manchester 2 days a week
Job Offer
* Starting salary of £70000 to £75000 per annum.
* Comprehensive benefits, including a 4.5% pension, life insurance, dental cover, and critical health support.
* Permanent role based in Manchester with hybrid working - 3 days at home
