Key responsibilities as a Physics Teacher:

Teach Physics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 optional)

Make Physics engaging and accessible to all learners, with a focus on real-world application

Use experimental demonstrations and technology to support learning

Plan and assess in line with department schemes of work and national standards

Track progress and provide targeted support and intervention

Contribute to STEM initiatives and national Physics challenges

Participate in open evenings, trips, and enrichment programmes
Qualifications & Skills:

A degree in Physics or a closely related subject
*
QTS or PGCE in Secondary Science
*
A track record of strong results or the potential to deliver excellent progress
