The Role
The School Administrator will support the smooth operation of the school’s administrative systems and contribute to the effective functioning of the wider school office.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider staff
• Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and visitor enquiries
• Maintaining accurate student records and updating school systems
• Supporting attendance monitoring and administrative processes
• Assisting with admissions and enrolment procedures
• Preparing documentation, letters and reports as required
• Coordinating meetings, events and school communications
• Supporting safeguarding and compliance administration where required
• Managing filing systems and maintaining confidential records
• Assisting with general office tasks and ensuring efficient daily operations
The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a range of responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
