We are seeking exceptional, talented individuals to join our legendary team. Positions are available on a Full Time, Part Time, & Casual basis.
Position Purpose
Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests in line with brand standards, maintaining five-star client care, cleaning standards, and grooming. They respond to guest needs and recommend suitable products as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform treatments to an exceptional standard, tailored to client needs, following training protocols.
* Update knowledge of products and treatment standards beyond formal training.
* Conduct in-depth consultations, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
* Provide aftercare recommendations linked to client concerns.
Candidate Requirements
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* HND/SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy required.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Previous experience preferred but not essential.
