Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for...
1. Performing daily bank reconciliations and supplier statements
2. Raising sales invoices
3. Processing supplier purchase orders
4. Liaising with customers, clients and suppliers
5. Updating and maintaining financial records, including Excel spreadsheets
6. General administrative duties as needed by the finance team
Requirements
As an Accounts Assistant, you will need...
7. Experience in a previous accounts/bookkeeping role
8. Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts & payroll
9. Good knowledge of Excel
10. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
11. Be a team-player, as well as having the initiative to work productively alone
