Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car
* Proof of business insurance for your vehicle
* Strong knowledge of the local Cambridge property market
* Proven experience in lettings with a track record of delivering results
* Excellent communication, people‑skills and customer‑focused attitude
* Ambition, drive, strong work ethic, positive mindset, solution‑finder, respectful
What We Offer
* £40,000 OTE per year with uncapped commission
* Company car (available at senior negotiator level only)
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am–6:00 pm weekdays, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Saturdays
