EAC are working with an Organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Systems Analyst to take ownership of their core business systems and help drive efficiency across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with teams across operations, finance, sales and warehousing to improve processes, resolve system issues and support ongoing system development.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the go-to person for business systems (ERP and integrated platforms)
* Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and improve processes
* Investigating and resolving system issues (2nd/3rd line support)
* Supporting system upgrades, changes and new implementations
* Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
* Testing system changes and ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Training users and improving how teams use systems
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Background in systems analysis, application support, or business analysis
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Confidence working with data / databases (e.g. SQL)
* Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
* Experience with Sage X3
* Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
* Understanding of finance, supply chain, or warehouse operations
