Overview
Thrive Group Shepton are working with a fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer based just outside Wells, Somerset. They are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Receiving and storing goods in an orderly and accessible manner
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
* Maintaining accurate inventory records
* Performing regular stock checks
* Operating material handling equipment when required
* Inspecting products for quality, defects, or damages
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
About You
* Reliable, hardworking, and organised
* Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
* Able to lift and move stock safely
* A strong communicator who builds positive working relationships
* Counter Balance and pivot steer license advantageous but not essential.
