We are on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to take the helm of our beloved setting, following the promotion of our previous manager. If you’re an inspiring leader with a Level 3 childcare qualification and at least two years’ experience in a leadership role within early years, we’d love to hear from you!

Busy Bees Leicester Meridian Park is an Ofsted-rated Good setting for up to 130 children, offering a nurturing and engaging environment where children grow with confidence.

Required Qualifications
About You:
* We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
* You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership ability along with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your workload effectively are essential.
Qualifications and Experience Required as a Nursery Manager:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
