The team is known for its strong technical standards, client-focused approach, and supportive working culture that encourages professional growth and progression within financial planning.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical recommendationsConduct research using cashflow modelling and financial planning toolsAnalyse client information including pensions, investments, protection, and tax planningSupport advisers in delivering compliant and high-quality adviceLiaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy informationMaintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standardsWork closely with advisers to ensure efficient case progressionWhat Were Looking For: Experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial planning support roleStrong understanding of financial planning products and advice processesAbility to produce clear, compliant suitability reportsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work within a teamIdeally working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma in Financial PlanningDesirable Skills: Experience with financial planning software and cashflow modelling toolsKnowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protectionExperience working within an IFA or wealth management environmentProgress towards Chartered status or willingness to continue studyingHow to Apply: Interested?
