Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing help as needed.
