What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for building and optimising the firm's digital engine, managing CRM, leading digital campaigns, and driving performance across all key channels.
Core Focus Areas:
* CRM & Automation: Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, build segmented workflows, and improve email performance through automation.
* Digital Campaigns & PPC: Plan and deliver paid advertising, PPC, track spend, and continuously test and refine messaging.
* SEO & Web: Support keyword optimisation, technical SEO, and improve user journeys to boost site performance.
* Analytics & Reporting: Own digital performance tracking, report on key metrics, and provide insight-led recommendations.
