Vines of Gatwick are looking for a Collection & Delivery Driver to represent Vines as a brand ambassador. You will develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Whilst delivering the BMW Vines Brand experience, collect, deliver and handover vehicles from various customer locations in a professional manner exceeding the customers' expectations at every opportunity.
* Collect and deliver customer vehicles to and from destinations as required safely and efficiently.
* Provide customers with lifts and collect/ deliver their cars as required.
* Maintain good contact level with customer with regards to delivery time and delays.
* Collect and deliver paperwork, check vehicle condition, provide and where appropriate, collect signatures checking all details prior to signing. Check all documents for validity and legality.
* Give the customer / end user a detailed handover of the vehicle, ask what a customer would like to understand before starting.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accurate deliveries
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
* Flexibility in scheduling to meet delivery demands
